Captain Mike's Fishing
Captain Mike's Fishing is a family business, Started by Capt. Mike himself in 1984.
First excursions included Capt. Mike targeting Snook, Redfish and Trout, on his 16ft bay boat. His company has grown to include many other boats and currently two other captains not including himself.
Capt. Greg (cousin) and Capt. Jon (son) "will put you on the fish".
What to expect
Morning or Afternoon Charters consist of 2 to 4 hour trips. All fishing will be done within about 1 to 3 miles of the departed location. "We start fishing right away, no hour boat trips to get to the spot." most of our fishing is back bay.
The Fish
You will catch a wide variety of fish to include Snapper, Sheepshead, Seatrout, Redfish, Grouper and Snook, depending on the season. You will also see many other fish species caught around the area.
Wildlife
We also commonly see other wildlife such as bottlenose dolphin, manatee, rays and many local birds.
